No, there is no fee to have a conversation. The discovery call is meant to see how our services can help you.

What are your operating hours?

We are open 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., EST Monday – Fridays; and 7 a.m. – 12 noon, on the weekends. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

Yes, there is a fee for healthcare professionals to join. It’s a $99 membership fee and is renewed annually, unless cancelled by the provider.

How much does it cost to join the Brio Health Group (BHG) Network?

It’s $99 to join the BHG Network. The membership fee is due annually and is automatically renewed unless canceled by the member.

Who can join the Brio Health Group (BHG) Network?

Our network welcomes all healthcare professionals who actively participate in improving the health and wellness of patients (clients). This includes but is not limited to, medical doctors, chiropractors, dentists, as well as massage therapist, doulas, midwives, reiki practitioners, music therapists, and more. If you are a large organization, contact us to learn more about our partnership opportunities.

What should I expect during the verification process?

After we receive your “Request to Join” form, we will begin our verification process. This process can take from 10 – 30 days. If you (your organization) meets our criteria for network providers, you will receive a “Welcome to BHG Network” email that will include further instructions to complete the “Onboarding Process.”

How do I schedule my 1-on-1 video interview?

Once, your company has been verified and you have been accepted as a provider in BHG Network, you will receive a welcome email that contains instructions on how to schedule your 1-on-1 video, as well as other pertinent information.
